We offer an exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.

If 30 days have passed upon receipt of purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REPAIRS

Each piece is made by hand. We know things happen that are beyond our control, and pieces can break. We inspect every piece carefully before shipping. We are always happy to repair any damages due to our fault in production. And wherever possible we will make repairs at no cost to you within one year of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of the materials, some chains and pendants are fragile.
